Do you auto-charge?
Never. Every payment is a one-time charge. When your plan expires you get an email reminder — renewing is always your choice.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your account reverts to the free tier (8 GB). Your files are not deleted — you just can't upload new ones until you're back within the free limit.
Can I extend before expiry?
Yes. Buying more time before expiry stacks on top — it doesn't reset the clock.
What's in Unlimited?
Everything in Pro, plus a custom domain (e.g. files.yourdomain.com) and a fully custom HTML download page for your files.
Refunds?
Contact support within 7 days of purchase. We handle them case by case. Reach us on our Discord server.
